1 Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Identity and contact information: name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone or WhatsApp number.
• Order and transaction information: products ordered, order value, payment status, discounts, returns, replacements, refunds and delivery information.
• Payment information: payment method and transaction reference. Payments are processed by authorised payment service providers. We generally do not directly store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Account information: login details, saved addresses, order history and preferences, if you create a customer account.
• Communications: messages, emails, calls, reviews, feedback, photographs, unboxing videos and other information you provide when contacting us or making a claim.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, dates and times of visits, cart activity and interactions with our website or advertisements.
• Cookie and similar-technology information: identifiers and preferences collected through cookies, pixels, tags and similar tools.
• Information from third parties: information received from Shopify, payment providers, courier or logistics partners, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms and social-media services, where applicable.

3 Shopify and other service providers

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the storefront, checkout, hosting, security and related commerce services. We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that help us operate, including:
