1 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website and place an order only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to these Terms.

If you use the Website on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or person to these Terms.

2 Account and customer information

You may be able to shop as a guest or create an account, depending on the options available on the Website. You are responsible for:

• providing complete, current and accurate information;
• keeping your login credentials confidential;
• all activity carried out through your account; and
• promptly informing us if you believe your account or credentials have been used without authorisation.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, security risks or a breach of these Terms.

3 Products and food information

We sell packaged food products and may add other product categories from time to time. Product availability, sizes, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, dietary or vegetarian declarations, net quantity, shelf life, storage instructions, manufacturer or packer details, FSSAI information and other product particulars will be stated on the relevant product page and/or package as applicable.

Please read the product page and package label before purchase and consumption. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition or dietary restriction, do not rely only on photographs or promotional content. Review the ingredient and allergen information and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary. Do not consume a product if its seal is broken, the package appears tampered with, or the product is beyond its stated use-by or expiry date.

Batch-specific details such as the manufacturing or packing date, batch or lot number, and best-before, use-by or expiry date may vary and will appear on the package delivered to you. Mandatory product information required to be displayed before an online sale will be made available through the Website.

Product colours, texture, size and appearance may differ slightly from photographs because of screen settings, photography, agricultural variation, natural ingredients or production batches. Such minor variations do not by themselves make a product defective. The quantity, specifications and declarations on the delivered package will apply to that unit, subject to applicable law.

We may correct or update a product description where it contains an error or where a formulation, supplier, packaging or legal requirement changes. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without informing you or providing a lawful resolution.

4 Prices, taxes and charges

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices include applicable taxes where required. Shipping, payment-related or other charges, if any, will be shown before you complete payment.

Prices, discounts and availability may change without prior notice, but a change will not affect an order already accepted by us except where there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If an obvious error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected for it.

5 Placing an order and contract formation

An order submitted through the Website is an offer by you to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

• product or stock unavailability;
• an incorrect price, offer or product listing;
• payment failure or inability to verify payment;
• an incomplete, incorrect or unserviceable delivery address;
• suspected fraud, resale abuse or unlawful activity;
• a technical or operational error; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled product or order to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and normal payment-provider processing time.

6 Payment

You may pay using the methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party banks and payment service providers. We do not control their authorisation, security checks, outages or processing time.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate. An order is not treated as successfully paid until the payment is confirmed to us by the relevant provider.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference. Any automatic reversal or refund may require additional processing time by your bank or payment provider.

7 Shipping, delivery, cancellation, replacement and refund

Shipping coverage, dispatch estimates, delivery timelines, charges, tracking, address responsibilities, cancellation eligibility, non-returnable food products, claim evidence, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, we normally dispatch within 48 hours and estimate delivery within 3–7 business days. Shipping is free for eligible orders with a final cart value of ₹499 or more. Because food and consumable products cannot safely be restocked after delivery, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Eligible complaints involving damaged, leaking, expired, incorrect or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of recorded delivery with the evidence specified in the Shipping & Returns Policy, subject always to non-waivable rights under applicable law.

If there is any inconsistency between this summary and the Shipping & Returns Policy, the more specific provision in the Shipping & Returns Policy will apply to the extent permitted by law.

8 Promotions, coupons and offers

Promotional codes, discounts, free products and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions stated with the offer. Unless we expressly state otherwise:

• an offer cannot be combined with another offer;
• only one coupon may be used per order;
• an offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• eligibility may depend on products, cart value, location, customer or time period;
• cancelled or returned items may affect the discount or free-shipping threshold; and
• we may withdraw or correct an offer before an eligible order is accepted if the offer contains an error or is being misused.

We may reject attempts to obtain offers through multiple accounts, automated activity, false identities or other abuse.

9 Reviews, feedback and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience where presented as a review, and does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory or harmful material.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content for operating and promoting RasaLoga, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will not present a review as belonging to a different person or materially alter its meaning.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission. Incentivised or sponsored reviews must be clearly disclosed.

10 Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• interfere with the Website, checkout, security features or another user's access;
• introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material;
• scrape, crawl, copy or extract Website content by automated means except as lawfully permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• impersonate another person or provide false information;
• place orders using stolen or unauthorised payment information; or
• use our content, trademarks or product listings in a misleading or infringing manner.

We may take proportionate steps, including restricting access or cancelling affected orders, where we reasonably believe such conduct has occurred.

11 Intellectual property

The Website and its contents—including the RasaLoga name and branding, text, photographs, graphics, product presentation, videos, designs and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be reproduced, republished, sold, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

12 Third-party services and links

The Website may depend on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, social-media platforms and other websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent content, availability or practices, but this does not remove any responsibility that the law places on us for fulfilling your order or selecting and using our service providers.

13 Website availability and changes

We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue a Website feature where reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms as our products, practices or legal obligations change.

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.

14 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products must be used, consumed and stored in accordance with their labels and instructions. General product information on the Website is not medical, nutritional or professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. Our total liability arising from a particular order will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

The preceding limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective or unsafe products where liability cannot lawfully be limited, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.

15 Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for direct and reasonable losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

16 Events beyond reasonable control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic restrictions, transport disruption, strikes, government action, internet or utility failure, or courier network interruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will provide the remedy required by applicable law if performance becomes impossible or is materially delayed.

18 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a complaint promptly.

Subject to any consumer forum, commission or court having mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law, courts at Malappuram, Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using a forum or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.

19 General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful sale, restructuring or transfer of the business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any specific terms displayed with a product or promotion, constitute the agreement relating to your use of the Website and purchases from us.
